Your Grocery List Can Heal You!

Grocery shopping today is a far cry from what I saw growing up in Senegal! Below is Mamanding in front of her two-story kitchen stocked with calabashes full of rice, peanuts, millet and manioc. Obviously it is nothing like that in the United States today!

Here in America, everybody is SO busy that the new craze out there of shopping on line has hit massive proportions! Even the huge grocery chains such as Walmart etc. offer grocery pick-up which avails the harried parent ready pick up of their order on the way home – without even setting foot out of the car!

But the question is, will you buy foods that will heal you and your family? You would be surprised at the list of foods that are highly nutritious as well as tasty. And they do not contain the mycotoxins which abound around us in our environment and foods; the fungi which lurk in so-called foods that can bring us to our ruin if we are not careful.

Just looking at this list makes one think it is time to eat!

Food is GOOD

And GOOD for you!
